However, it's the landmark that people recognized when the building was sold for an insane $16.2 million. It's also a Curbed reader recommended spot for good people watching. Now the other tenants of the building, Lindsay Reishman Real Estate, Alton Lane and Triple B Fresh can enjoy the fruits of a $1.3 million renovation. The Murillo/Malnati Group added patios and roof fixes to the rest of the building, so one of the most recognizable spots on Dupont Circle just got a little more fresh.
