The Silver Line may not have a concrete opening date yet, but many of the stations and above-ground tracks are already in place. Upon realizing that the concrete pillars holding up the tracks are not the most visually pleasing structures, the Fairfax County Board of supervisors are seeking ways to turn the pillars into works of public art.
