Seriously, tip us immediately if there's another home that is in the same neighborhood as this one (figuratively or literally) in terms of sheer modernist jaw dropping appeal. The 8,000 square foot home built in 1974 is notable immediately for its shape and its heavy use of glass on the exterior. It was apparently inspired by LeCorbusier and Neutra which is apparent and the homage is well-executed. Even the geometric walls and stairs look like works of art. Then there's the backyard which has a tree growing through the deck and a pool and tennis court on the property. Do take a look.
