Photo Gallery: Georgetown French Market

[All photos by R. Lopez]

Now that D.C. consistently has good weather and people actually want to leave their homes, the neighborhoods are getting more active. The Kingman Island Blues Festival brought an afternoon full of music to the Anacostia River this Saturday and in Georgetown, residents enjoyed both the Georgetown House Tour and the Georgetown French Market. Now in its eleventh year, the French Market turns Georgetown's Book Hill neighborhood into a sidewalk sale with Parisian themed food, decorative antiques and entertainment. Curbed photographer Rey Lopez was on site this Saturday to snap some photos of the festivities.
