The White House Correspondent's dinner is widely referred to as "nerd prom" but somehow D.C. is less nerdy than all fifty states. This ranking was formed by looking at Facebook data and seeing the percentage that listed things like Harry Potter, cosplaying and comic books as interests. Odd since a Museum of Science Fiction is looking to take root here in the city and last weekend garnered quite a showing at comic convention and nerd gathering place Awesome Con at the Washington Convention Center.
