More Details Revealed About The CityCenter DC Hotel

[Rendering of CityCenter's Conrad Hotel]

CityCenter DC has just taken yet another step toward downtown domination. Sure, popular political figures have already purchased pads here and the retail lineup is getting more luxe by the day, but now more information has been released about their upcoming Hilton hotel. They'd already told us zeroed in on a location (the area bordered by I Street, 10th Street and New York Avenue) but the number of rooms has jumped from 350 to 370 and there's a tentative groundbreaking date now: Fall 2015. Also, if this hotel is branded as a Hilton Conrad, it would only be the fifth in the country. Side note: how did Indianapolis get a Hilton Conrad before D.C. did? Stay tuned to this space as more information becomes available.
