Hello, Hello

Scott Roberts really misses the feeling of having neighbors in his corner of Bloomingdale/LeDroit Park. As such, he has started a small movement called the Hi Campaign and is asking for volunteers to go around, say hello to their neighbors and foster a sense of community that he feels is lost.
