460NYA, the newest building of luxe condos coming to Mt. Vernon Triangle won't officially open its doors until later this year, but that didn't stop them from throwing a party last night. The celebration was in part a recognition of a milestone as they've just started selling their studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units. It was also a chance for those potential buyers to get a sneak peek at custom finishes such as bathroom fixtures, hardwood or tile floors and quartz countertops that they could add now (rather than paying more to add later).
