The Rib Pit and Rib Pit Lounge may be long gone, but finally that corner will see some action. There's a For Lease sign on the Lounge Building (the smaller one) and when we called to speak to the leasing agent, we were informed that that larger Rib Pit building has already been leased for a new restaurant venture. Kudos to a New Columbia Heights blogger for spotting the sign first.
