On Monday, we posted a few pictures from this corner unit in a Navy Yard high rise and asked for a few guesses on the price. However, most of the discussion went into what appeared (to us) be a sky high Homeowners Association Fee of $1,118 per month. Thanks to one person who was able to catch that the unit was in the Capitol Hill Tower co-op and the other who already lives in the building who was able to tell us that some of that "fee" was really the cost of paying for the underlying mortgage. Next week's Pricespotter will hopefully avoid all the extra sleuthing! Take a look at the full gallery of the $339,000 unit after the jump.
