Here's What That Capitol Hill Schoolhouse-Turned-Condos/Townhomes Development Will Look Like

[The renderings via Capital Pixel]

Behold, here's another look at the Edmonds School project, which is nearing the finish line in the effort to turn an old school into 25 condos and 4 townhomes. Those townhomes sound pretty darn big and swanky at 3,600 to 4,100 square feet. The smaller condos start at the "junior" one bedroom level at around 500 square feet. The school has been closed for decades before this project was announced about a year ago. While the townhomes each come with a parking space, the condo unit dwellers hoping to buy one will have to shell out an additional $35,000. No pricing is listed on the official website yet.
