On Monday, we provided a look at this two bedroom duplex style condo in Penn Quarter. Two of the five guesses were on point at $650,000 and the guess of $710,000 was not that far off. Kudos to the correct anonymous guesser who clearly has an intimate knowledge of the Penn Quarter condos. Indeed, the theater indicated in the original post is really more of a small movie screening room with comfortable armchairs.
