Millennials and Baby Boomers are both in the District in high numbers, especially if the people in both of those markets are loaded. Nielsen Pop-Facts determined that D.C. tops the list of American cities with wealthy people in each of these age groups. D.C. apparently has a lot of broke millennials as well, although not as many as other American cities. D.C. is number six on the list of metro markets with a high concentration of people between ages 18-34. [DCist]
