It's too bad the old looking sled from the kid's bedroom has to leave the unit, too. This townhouse unit in Harvard Lofts was built five years ago, but is just now hitting the market. The loft is filled with light due to the floor to ceiling windows across both floors, but there's a wall that blocks the outdoor patio (and first floor) from the tandem parking spaces behind the condo. The parking spaces do not necessarily come with the apartment (they cost extra), but those awesome Bosch kitchen appliances sure do. It's also a little larger for the cheaper price.
