One of the commenters for this week's PriceSpotter is an Eckington homeowner, so it wasn't too hard for them to guesstimate the right price for this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom listing. While saying that "the appropriate price would be maybe $550K," they added, "There is no way they have it listed less for than $700K." Another commenter guessed a little too low in comparison with $649K. While the first commenter was closest, they described the listing price as "ridiculous."
