The new toll lanes on I-95 north of Baltimore City won't be able to bring in enough money to weigh out the cost of building them. The Maryland Transportation Authority's new Express Toll Lanes will open this Saturday, and there is hope that the toll lanes will bring in about $5 million a year before rising to nearly $10 million in 2025. According to Greater Greater Washington, though, don't count on it. [GGW]
