The developer of Farenheit Condominiums recently posted this photo on their Facebook page with the caption, "Looks like Fahrenheit is heating up!" As we get all hot and bothered with excitement, you can expect the development to include 31 condo units as well as 3,500-square-feet of ground-floor retail. The building will total to 3,200-square-feet. Each of the condo units will range from one- to two-bedroom units. Located on 3930 Georgia Avenue NW, the construction is expected to finish by this year or in spring of 2015. No price points have been revealed yet.
