The Most Competitive of the Competitive

Six Washington, D.C. neighborhoods made the list of the most competitive neighborhoods to buy a home in 2014. While national data shows that the number of bidding wars didn't reach the peak they did in 2013, national real estate brokerage Redfin was able to figure out which neighborhoods remained fierce in 2014. From most competitive to least competitive, the Washington neighborhoods included NoMA, Hill East, Capitol Hill, Brookland, Cardozo/Shaw, and Petworth. [Redfin]
