It looks like big baller Gilbert Arenas' home finally found a buyer after resting on the market since June 2012. Originally listed for $3.5 million, the seven-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom home sold for $2.5 million. Besides the price tag attached to the abode, one of the reasons why the listing may have remained on the market for so long was a massive shark tank that used to be in the kitchen. Redfin agent Tonya Nelson commented that the shark tank was probably removed because it could have been a "turnoff" for homebuyers due to the maintenance and upkeep. Some of the more eyebrow-raising highlights in the home include a velvet-lined entertainment room and a grotto by the pool.
