There are plans in the works for a new residential development in H Street Corridor with 27 units and 2,500-square-feet of ground-floor retail space. The development will also include 21 bicycle parking spaces. According to UrbanTurf, "The project is seeking variance relief from the parking requirement (14 spaces) and special exception relief regarding the roof structure setback."
