Reconsideration

There have been a number of concerns on the D.C. United Stadium, and the developer hopes to diminish them with a number of changes to the deal. The changes will allow alterations to plans on the redevelopment of the Reeves Center. It will also allow the District more flexibility to roll back a land swap if the lease is terminated early.
