Construction for The Stories at Congressional Plaza will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom pet-friendly apartments with open floor plans. The Stories will include 48 senior-housing units with amenities that include a fitness center, clubroom, office space, and outdoor gardens. Renters can begin reserving units by spring of 2015 with construction expected to be completed by the fall of 2015. The Stories at Congressional Plaza will be located at 1626 E. Jefferson Street with rent starting at $2,500.
