After eight years in first or second place, Virginia now ranks at number four on Forbes Magazine's annual list of The Best and Worst States for Businesses. While Virginia was ranked highly for economic climate and labor supply, it faltered on business costs and growth aspects. Maryland fell in rankings as well to number 20, two places down from last year. [WBJ]
