The Peripoint Building is considered one of Bethesda's most interesting pieces of architecture, and it looks like it's in the market for a new tenant. Described as a "stripped down industrial modern" building, it includes floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a rooftop garden, and 1,400-square-feet of ground-floor retail. Despite its great location, being less than a mile from the Metro and near about 1,300 new or expected residential units, Bethesda Now reports that "it remains to be seen if retail in the spot can hold up."
