Waterfront is undergoing a huge facelift. Already, two phases from the Waterfront Station project have been completed, and now the third phase is soon to begin. The third phase has been on the table for quite a while, and finally, construction fencing will be installed next month around the northwest parcel of 1001 4th Street. The development will include 365 rentable, multi-family units, 5,000-square-feet of retail, and a rooftop tree grove. The estimated date of completion is September 2016. The previous two phases of the Waterfront Station project included over 500 residential units for Sky House and 80,000-square feet of retail with 500,000-square-feet of new office spaces at 1100 and 1101 4th Street.
