Mayor-Elect

Muriel Bowser has taken office as mayor-elect of D.C., but there are already concerns on how she will assess different real estate and development plans in the District. On talks of the D.C. United Stadium, Bowser has expressed concerns about trading away the Reeves Center. Meanwhile, there are various development projects on hold and "in need of a jolt." They include a mixed-use development on the east campus of St. Elizabeths Hospital and the redevelopment of four public housing neighborhoods. [WaPo]
