In a new study, it's found that "contemplative architecture" can provide the same health benefits as meditation. Lead researcher of the study, Dr. Julio Bermudez, believes that "buildings may induce insightful, profound, and transformative contemplative states, [and] buildings designed to provoke contemplation seem to be succeeding."
