Washington Wizards' Marcin Gortat Nabs $1.6M Arlington Home

New, 17 comments

Marcin Gortat was described as "the most interesting man in the NBA" by USA Today and now owns one of the most expensive houses on the market in Arlington. At 4,008-square-feet, some of the highlights include 48-inch Omega cabinets, three-piece crown molding, a steam shower, and plank hardwood flooring throughout. The 6-foot-11 athlete has more than enough room with a 10-foot-high ceiling on the main floor and 9-foot-high ceilings on the upper floors. This five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom French Provincial custom home was sold to the athlete for $1,570,000 with $395 monthly HOA dues. The Washington Business Journal reported that construction on the home finished only this past August, but this listing on Realtor.com says that the construction finished last year.
