The "next wave of development" is coming to Tysons Corner with plans for construction of a 450,000-square-foot, five- to seven-story residential building with limited ground floor retail. Known as the Amherst in West-Park, the 135,000-square-foot office, six-story office building will be razed and replaced. Upcoming redevelopments of properties in West-Park include structured parking, a new street grid, trails, a dog park, and hardscaped park areas totaling 1.4 acres.
