Plans have begun to create one of the tallest buildings in Harbor East. The developer said that it's not just enough to have one of the tallest buildings in the area, it has to be one of the best in the country. The project will construct a 291-unit apartment tower with 49 condominiums and between 50,000- to 60,000-square-feet of retail for an estimated $100 million. [WBJ]
