No, there's still no telling as to when the Silver Line will actually open. That said, an opening date must be getting closer because some Silver Line signage is starting to pop up in Metro stations in Virginia. Check out the signage at the Clarendon station on both sides of the track! The central D.C. stations on the Blue and Orange line that will share a track with the new metro line do not yet have edited signs on the station's concrete walls. The Clarendon station does not yet have a silver line beneath the orange one on the metro station piling outside, but hey, signage is a start! Baby steps, people. Do any of our Virginia readers have a sense at how long the adjusted signs have been around?
