Well, this sucks; there's been another fire on the 3100 block of Mt. Pleasant Street. This isn't nearly as bad as the fire that completely decimated the Deauville Apartments on the same block in 2008, more fire damage on that street just brings back bad memories. The transformation of the destroyed Deauville into the Monseñor Romero Apartments is still ongoing. [PoPville]
