Lori Graham is quite the celebrated designer around D.C. Her work has been featured in everything from local publications like Washingtonian and The Washington Post to national fare like Better Homes & Gardens. So, of course it's exciting to see what she has added to this restored condo in Logan Circle. The vaulted ceiling over the living room's bay windows remains an impressive focal point and the gas fireplace is a nice centerpiece that hearkens back to its 1885 construction without feeling ancient. Additionally, the red-tiled backsplash in the kitchen is the condo's brightest spot, literally. Unsurprisingly, ask for this is $1.325 million.
