Check Out NBA Star John Wall's $4.9 Million Potomac Mansion

New, 11 comments

Today has been a big day for Washington Wizards real estate. While Gilbert Arenas is having a hard time selling his place, wunderkind John Wall has just bought a mansion of his own. Wall closed a few weeks ago on this $4.9 million home, trading life in an apartment near the Verizon Center for living in this Potomac behemoth. Let's do a quick rundown of the some of the home's more spectacular features. First of all, there's a waterfall going into the swimming pool and an outdoor grilling setup that looks more like a stone walled kitchen. The home theater looks very cozy with plush couches and the large array of couches around the flat screen TVs look equally comfortable. There's a six car garage in case his friends, family or teammates want to utilize one of the eight bedrooms. And of course, the 17,350 square foot abode includes a basketball court and a personal gym. If he decides he wants to play a different sport for fun, he also has access to a putting green and a grass volleyball court. Here's the question: is Wall going to keep that Penn Quarter apartment or will we see that on the market soon as well?
