Poor Silver Spring Transit Center, even your advocates are starting to pick on you. The Action Committee for Transit (ACT) is launching a contest tomorrow — the five year anniversary of the Transit Center's groundbreaking — to see who can guess the eventual date that the Center will be open for bus service.
