What happened here? Yesterday a stop work order appeared at 3220 Grace Street NW in Georgetown which cited "Work Performed Without Permits, Wall Retaining" for the seven-unit building. However, this stop work order is possibly a mistake because as WBJ reports, "the retaining wall permit was issued in March (and it's posted outside), and the wall is finished." Hmmm. [WBJ]
