Which 2BR Abode Under $450K Is the Better Option?

We're back with Real Estate Death Match! We took a week off from pitting the city's coolest new listings against each other, but we've iced our bruises and we're back in the ring. For those curious about the score of our last match, it was a complete blowout. The Hill East condo decimated the poor one bedroom from Cathedral Heights which couldn't even get 20% of the vote. This week's spots are located a little closer together, under $450K and should provide a tighter matchup. Welcome to Real Estate Death Match: Logan Circle vs. Adams Morgan Edition!

The fact that this is a co-op and therefore comes with the lovely co-op fee (which isn't listed on the posting) might be enough to turn some people off, but it's also a larger space that costs less. Also, the current owner must have really liked the feeling of luxury because if the plush furniture and of royal living the gold and deep purple tones sure do. Plus, you get a parking space and access to the building's gym and roof deck.

? Address: 2339 Ashmead Place NW Apt #4

This quaint, homey condo is the entire fourth floor of this Adams Morgan townhouse. There's a parking space in a garage available and the view from the private balcony gives a nice look at the greener parts of the city. Speaking of greener parts, there's a pretty garden on the walkway leading up to the door. There have been some renovations, like the kitchen and the skylight but there's still a fireplace in the living room.
