Montgomery County has selected Bozzuto and StonebridgeCarras to develop four separate spots in Wheaton and Silver Spring. There could be some beef with the neighbors looming: they've expressed happiness at development of the areas but displeasure that they're not as involved in the process as they were in 2008 for another Bozzuto development, SilverPlace.
