Things can't be looking good for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac if President Obama is referring to their entire system of operation as "It was 'heads we win, tails you lose.' And it was wrong." In addition to trying to decrease the power of these organizations, the President's plan for stabilizing the housing market includes repairing and demolishing vacant buildings.
