Here's a new one for green space friendly D.C.: a blogger that honestly believes that the best manner of rehabilitation for a neighborhood park is to turn it into a parking lot. To be fair, they feel that the steady squalor of the park on the corner of Malcolm X and MLK Avenues is due to the lack of waiting rooms at a nearby homeless shelter.
