Columbia Heights Condo Changes Hands For $3.6 Million

A 23 unit condo building in Columbia Heights has now passed from New York based Delshah Capital to the Aria Investment Group for $3.6 million. The spot at 2523 13th Street NW is an easily missable tan brick building, but that's an upgrade from "eyesore inside and out" that it was prior to its renovation in 2009. Now, it has the necessary amenities to make it a good deal for city living: a laundry room, free Internet and a room for bicycle storage.

This isn't the only property that Delshah Capital is marketing in D.C. They're apparently looking at selling the Embassy of Georgia, the last building with which they are affiliated in D.C.. Of course Delshah's CEO Michael Shah was proclaimed "The next wave of NYC real estate magnates," in July, so concentrating on development in his hometown probably makes more sense. So, who wants an Embassy?
