Historic Howard's Inheritance in Annapolis Going For $725K

Howard's Inheritance might seem like an odd name for a home, but it's fitting seeing as how three generations of the Howard family lived on that land in the 18th century. This 2,148 square foot house from 1765 in Annapolis was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in the late 1990s and won a Maryland Preservation Award in 2000. Still, the home really continues to go for the "historic" feel by placing paintings of old colonial ships on the walls and antiques throughout the home. Considering a lot of the design choices, it'd be easy to think that this is a spot that gives tours.
