Oh, Reston. You're the planned community that somehow still ended up being a suburb. Yet, the proposed changes for the city — partially due to the forthcoming Silver Line — are under fire now that a neighborhood group, the Reston Citizens Association, has formed opposition from within a local task force charged with overseeing the city's growth.
