Does K Street really need more offices? Atlanta-based developer Songy must not think so because they're thinking heavily of turning the 11 story office building that they just picked up into a limited-service hotel. That would certainly make another great addition to our map of anticipated hotels if it works out, but Songy won't decide on its final plans for the building for another month and a half. [WBJ]
