What $2000 Per Month Can Rent You Around D.C.

New, 2 comments

For this week's Curbed Comparisons we're taking a look at rentals in the city up to $2000.

? The Gables Woodley Park advertise Luxury Apartment Living and they deliver with a building that includes a roof deck, a gym and a small theater. The $1962/month one bedroom apartment isn't too shabby either. There's 693 square feet of space plus, you can bring your dog or cat.

? Or if you want to travel up the other side of the Red Line to Gables Takoma Park (which is actually on the D.C. side of the line) you can get a larger one bedroom apartment in a building that also has a gym and a roof deck. You can bring your dog or cat to this 893 square foot apartment and it will only cost you $1858 per month. It's worth noting that this is one of the larger rooms available in this building.

? If you want to live at the Loree Grand at Union Place in NoMa, the best you're going to do at $1950 per month is a studio with a den. It's a relatively large studio at 669 square feet and like all of the other apartments in this particular batch, pet-friendly.

? Onyx at First is a cool new building by Nationals Stadium with a rooftop pool and the ability to utilize underground parking. This 642 square foot one bedroom is available for $1925/month and is also very close to the Navy Yard metro.
