Water Works

The D.C. Court of Appeals ruled that DC Water is not "corrosive" and did not cause the pinhole leaks in the old pipes of several Northwest buildings. Additionally, Washington Business Journal's Michael Neibauer noted on his Twitter feed that the owner of the affected leaky buildings and plaintiff in the aforementioned lawsuit, David Cormier, was cited for 2,861 housing code violations in 2007.
