Today the Studio Theatre on 14th Street hosts an array of theatrical performances like the ones from Capital Fringe that will be there this weekend. However, this building in the Greater Fourteenth Street Historic District showed off something very different in the 1920s. The Studio Theatre used to be a car show room for the Trew Motor Company. The band REO Speedwagon name checks REO, a make of automobile that Trew used to distribute.
