The land that Akridge currently owns at Buzzard Point that they are trading to the city is valued at significantly less than the Frank D. Reeves Municipal Center that they will be obtaining. As such, the city may be receiving cash for this deal if the D.C. Council approves it. The land owned by Akridge at Buzzard Point would be used to build a new stadium for D.C. United. [WCP]
