Analyzing The Walter Reed Proposals: Roadside Development

The proposals are in. The three remaining teams vying for the contract to redevelop the Walter Reed campus have turned in their plans. You can currently find all of them online at the Walter Reed LRA website and we're going to zero in on each one over the next few days. We'll start with the proposal from Roadside Atlantic. Of the three proposals, they're the one that most stresses the connection to a Children's National Medical Center but like the other two places, they also want a Wegman's.
