Renovations can be an exciting way to retain historic charm while removing telltale creaks and cracks. At least that's the case with this Logan Circle townhouse which has retained the 1900 building's exposed brick and original windows while putting in a fully modern kitchen and bathroom and sprucing up the wooden flooring. The four one bedroom apartments of this four story building have not yet hit the market, but the developers at District Development & Restoration and general contractor JeffCo invited Curbed to take a peek at the building's renewed interior.
